2. Damaged Goods Only


We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Used items

  • Normal wear and tear

3. Reporting Damage


If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

5. Returns (if required)

  • Return shipping costs may be covered by us (depending on the situation)

6. Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
